This Privacy Policy describes how O5na Labs LLC ("O5na Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Scribe mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Scribe, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you provide

When you create an account and use Scribe, we collect information you choose to provide, including:

• Account information such as your email address and any display or account name you set.
• Trade data you enter into the app, including tickers, positions, entry and exit prices, dates, quantities, notes, and other details about your trades.
• Settings and preferences, such as your starting balance, goals, and watchlists.
• Messages you send to our AI feature.

Information collected automatically

We may automatically collect limited technical information necessary to operate the Service, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and basic usage and diagnostic information used to maintain reliability and improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including storing and displaying your trade journal.
• Calculate your performance metrics, analytics, and summaries.
• Power the AI features, including generating insights based on the trade data in your account.
• Respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. The AI Feature and Third-Party Processing

Scribe includes an AI feature that lets you ask questions about your trades and receive insights. To provide this feature, relevant information from your account (such as a summary of your trades and the messages you send to the AI) is transmitted to our third-party AI provider to generate a response. We send only the information needed to answer your request. Please see our Scribe AI Disclosure for more detail about how the AI feature works and its limitations.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored using reputable third-party cloud infrastructure providers. We use industry-standard measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting and AI processing), bound by obligations to protect your data.
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of O5na Labs, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may access and update much of your information directly within the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@scribetrading.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Scribe is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
